Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of Gyst — the Chrome extension, iOS app, and website. By using Gyst you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

Gyst helps you schedule on top of Google Calendar by suggesting and placing events you approve. We may update, add, or remove features over time. We aim for reliability but provide the service on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity under it. You must have the right to connect any calendar you authorize, and you agree to use Gyst lawfully and not to disrupt or abuse the service.

Your content

Your calendar data and preferences remain yours. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gyst is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed events, scheduling errors, or data loss arising from your use of the service. Always confirm important events on your calendar.

Termination

You may stop using Gyst and revoke its access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
