Support
Need a hand? Most questions are covered below. If you’re still stuck, email us at support@gyst.app and we’ll get back to you.
Getting started
Install the Chrome extension (or the iOS app), then sign in with the Google account whose calendar you want to use. Gyst will ask for permission to read your calendar and to create events you approve. Once connected, open Google Calendar and you’ll see Gyst’s proposals overlaid on your week.
How do I schedule something?
Type what you need in plain language — for example “Gym Tuesday and Thursday 7am” or “Study for finals, 2 hours this weekend.” Gyst turns it into proposed blocks that appear on your Google Calendar for you to approve or dismiss.
Why does Gyst need calendar access?
To suggest good times, Gyst reads your existing events, and to place the blocks you approve, it creates events on your calendar. It only acts on proposals you confirm. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Managing your account
You can reconnect Google, adjust your work hours and preferences, or sign out from the settings page in the extension, the iOS app, or the web. To revoke Gyst’s access entirely, visit your Google Account permissions. To delete your account and data, email support@gyst.app.
